Instructions

- Mix in Condiments and Sauce: Stir in dill pickle relish, mustard, and tomato sauce until evenly combined.
- Add Rice and Broth: Pour in uncooked rice and beef broth. Stir to combine, then bring the mixture to a boil.
- Simmer: Reduce heat to low, cover the pot, and simmer for 20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Finish with Cheese and Bacon: Remove pot from heat. Stir in 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese and the reserved bacon pieces. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, cover, and let sit for 3-5 minutes until melted and gooey.
