- 1 pound strawberries (frozen, mostly thawed)
- ¼ cup blueberries (fresh for better color)
- ½ cup grapes (red or purple)

- 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

- 6 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3 cups cold sparkling water
Instructions
- Blend the fruit and lemon: Combine strawberries, blueberries, grapes, freshly squeezed lemon juice, and lemon zest in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth. If needed, add a small amount of water to help blending.
- Add maple syrup: Add the maple syrup to the blended mixture and blend for just one more second to combine.
- Mix with sparkling water: Pour the blended fruit mixture into a punch bowl. Add the cold sparkling water and gently stir to combine right before serving to retain maximum bubbliness.
- Store leftovers: Cover and refrigerate any leftovers for up to 2 days. Consume soon for best taste and texture since sparkling water loses bubbles over time.
