Description

Melted Witch Pudding Parfaits are a fun and spooky Halloween treat featuring green-tinted vanilla pudding layered with brownie pieces, crushed Oreos, whipped cream, and festive sprinkles. These parfaits are easy to assemble and perfect for a quick, delightful dessert that captures the spirit of the season.

Ingredients

Scale

Pudding Layer

  • 6 Vanilla Snack Pack pudding cups
  • Green food coloring, a few drops

Other Layers

  • 1 cup brownies, crumbled into smaller pieces
  • 1 cup Oreos, crushed
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 2 tablespoons Halloween sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Color the pudding: Transfer the vanilla Snack Pack pudding cups into a bowl or dye directly in the cups by adding green food coloring a few drops at a time until the desired shade of green is achieved. Mix thoroughly and set aside.
  2. Layer brownies: Evenly divide the crumbled brownie pieces into the bottom of six clear glasses or parfait cups to form the first layer.
  3. Add whipped cream: Spoon or pipe a layer of whipped cream evenly over the brownie pieces in each glass.
  4. Sprinkle crushed Oreos: Add a generous layer of crushed Oreos on top of the whipped cream to add texture and contrast.
  5. Spoon pudding layer: Carefully spoon the green-tinted pudding over the Oreo layer, filling each glass almost to the top.
  6. Garnish and serve: Top each parfait with Halloween sprinkles and optionally with themed decorations like witch’s legs. Enjoy immediately for the best texture and flavor.

Notes

  • For best results, serve within a few minutes to prevent sogginess.
  • You can prepare the pudding green coloring ahead of time and store in the fridge briefly.
  • Substitute brownies with chocolate cake crumbs if preferred.
  • Use store-bought or homemade whipped cream depending on availability.
  • These parfaits are best enjoyed chilled but not left to sit too long after assembly.
