Instructions

- Combine with Cream Cheese: Add the cream cheese to the Oreo crumbs and pulse until the mixture is well combined and forms a dough-like texture.
- Shape Truffles: Scoop out small portions of the mixture and roll them into small balls using your hands.
- Chill Truffles: Place the truffle balls on a cookie tray lined with wax or parchment paper and chill them in the freezer for about 20 minutes to firm up.
- Dip in Chocolate: Remove the chilled truffles from the freezer and dip each ball in the bowl of melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage.
- Top and Set: Place the dipped truffles back on the lined tray. Optionally, sprinkle additional crushed Oreos on top before the chocolate sets.
- Allow Chocolate to Harden: Let the chocolate set at room temperature for 15-20 minutes before serving. Enjoy your Oreo truffles!

- Chill the truffles well so they hold their shape during dipping.
- Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- Rolling the balls evenly in size ensures uniform chilling and dipping.
