Main Ingredients
- 1 cup cottage cheese full-fat
- Seasonings of choice (e.g., everything but the bagel seasoning, garlic powder, taco seasoning, cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese)
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 180C/350F and line a baking tray with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Prepare Cheese Mounds: Drain excess moisture from the cottage cheese. Scoop out one-tablespoon portions and place them about 2 inches apart on the tray. Press down slightly and sprinkle with your chosen seasonings.
- Bake: Bake the cheese mounds for 30 minutes or until the edges turn golden brown and become crisp.
- Cool: Remove from the oven and allow the chips to cool completely to firm up their crispiness before serving.
Notes
- Store leftover chips in the refrigerator but note they will lose crispiness and become soggy. Reheat in the oven to restore crunch.
- Try different seasonings such as everything but the bagel, garlic powder, taco seasoning, or add grated cheddar or parmesan cheese for extra flavor.
