- 16 Pretzel Rods
- 1 cup crushed candy (such as M&M’s and Butterfingers)

Instructions
- Prepare Candy: Coarsely crush your chosen candies using the back of a large spoon or ladle. Place each type of crushed candy into separate bowls and set aside for sprinking later.
- Set Up Work Area: Cover a baking pan and your work surface with parchment paper or foil to make cleanup easier. Set this aside.
- Melt Chocolate: Break the chocolate bar into pieces and place them in a microwave-safe dish. Microwave in 30 seconds increments, stirring each time until the chocolate is melted and smooth with a thin consistency.
- Dip Pretzels: Pour the melted chocolate into a Pyrex measuring container or coffee mug for easy dipping. Dip each pretzel rod into the chocolate, turning it to cover all sides evenly. Use the back of a spoon to help spread the chocolate down the rod if needed. Tap off excess chocolate.
- Apply Candy: Hold the chocolate-covered pretzel by the end that is not coated. Sprinkle the crushed candy over the chocolate, turning the pretzel to coat all sides. If using candy eyes, gently press them onto the chocolate-covered pretzel now.
- Chill: Place the decorated pretzels on the prepared baking pan and refrigerate them for 1 hour or until the chocolate is fully set.
- Store: Once set, store the pretzel rods in an airtight container until ready to enjoy.
