Description

A rich and creamy caramel cheesecake dip perfect for parties or cozy nights in. This easy no-bake dip combines smooth cream cheese with thick caramel sauce, topped with crunchy pecans for an irresistible treat. Serve with fruit slices or cookies for an indulgent dessert or snack.

Ingredients

Scale

Dip

  • 2 x 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup caramel sauce

For Serving

  • 1 tbsp chopped pecan nuts (optional)
  • Apple slices, grapes, strawberries, graham crackers, gingersnaps, or other cookies

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese: Remove the cream cheese from the refrigerator and let it sit on the counter for about 20 minutes until soft to the touch.
  2. Add ingredients: Place the softened cream cheese and caramel sauce into a medium mixing bowl.
  3. Mix cream cheese and syrup: Using an electric mixer, beat on medium speed until the mixture is smooth and the caramel streaks disappear. This step can also be done with a stand mixer or by hand.
  4. Garnish: Transfer the dip to a serving bowl. Optionally drizzle extra caramel sauce on top and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
  5. Serve: Serve the dip with apple slices, grapes, strawberries, graham crackers, gingersnaps, or your favorite cookies.
  6. Store: Cover any leftovers tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for up to 3 days. Freezing is not recommended as the texture will change.

Notes

  • Use a thick caramel ice cream topping, such as Smucker’s or Hershey’s, not caramel coffee syrup, which is too thin.
  • Homemade caramel sauce can be used for an even better flavor.
  • Allow cream cheese to soften properly to ensure smooth mixing without lumps.
  • Serve chilled for best texture and flavor.
