- 5 bacon slices, crumbled
- 3 tablespoons chopped green onions or chives, plus more to top
Instructions
- Preheat Oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a small baking dish with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- Combine Base Ingredients: In a large bowl, use a hand mixer to blend the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and creamy.
- Add Blue Cheese and Garlic Powder: Add half of the blue cheese crumbles and all of the garlic powder to the mixture, then continue beating until fully combined.
- Incorporate Mix-ins: Fold in the crumbled bacon, chopped green onions or chives, and the remaining blue cheese crumbles evenly throughout the dip.

Notes
- For extra crisp bacon, cook bacon slices in a skillet over medium heat until crispy before crumbling.
- You can substitute chives for green onions if preferred for a milder flavor.
- Use full-fat cream cheese for the creamiest texture.
- Serve immediately for the best warm, gooey consistency.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator and reheat before serving.
